Permabless takes the weighting slot or at least it used to so it would've been compatible before new weighting changes. No idea now

This is no longer true. I added weighting to a permablessed weapon at the recent Duskruin.

Right but Alashir was referencing the compatibility of KO flare (script) + permabless. He mentioned weighting slot, and it is compatible now as it was then (script plus primary slot).

However as Jhynnifer noted, approval wise it would not work for that service because Ko flare is a combat script.

It does not. I will be unlocking the cloak to the appropriate level and I will be adding the hood. However, the cloak DOES need to have the climatewear script already attached to it as I will not be adding it.
