Side note, I've never really dabbled in enhancives except my warrior giftbox belt. So STR maxes at 20 bonus, and OHE and CM max at 50 bonus?

Yes, if you get a 10 str stat pinworn that gets you 1/4 of the way there to your max 20 bonus, i.e., your max str is 140 and both stat and bonus enhancives will get you closer to 140 once you get there you are done on strength.
