I tried Plat on a trial in '08, then came back in '11. The appeal was being something completely different, and not getting steamrolled by multi-account gangs like Tsin. Stunseed < for the most part inb4 Hips > was a "good" guy, and so in Plat I played a "bad" guy and it clicked.
After GSS I saw how shit people were to the Mekthros crew and I didn't want to deal with people's personas bleeding over. Some of the stories you'd hear would turn your stomach.
Don't get it twisted, however, I still bring Stun around when the opportunity permits. I also own Xasmed, which for those in the know spells Dem Sax backwards.
