Depends on what the support is for. Supporting someone in their cyber crimes, for examples, is illegal. Also supporting them in efforts to illegally meddle in an election can be charged as Conspiracy.

Collusion can exist without criminal conspiracy but you can't have a criminal conspiracy without collusion. If Trump, Jr, Kushner, etc are charged with a crime it's not going to be collusion, it's going to be conspiracy.
