Mostly you people just go on the offensive against anyone who doesn't agree with you- especially when you reach the point where you realize you can't win on the facts.

And, to PK's point, I don't think there are many people here who would be concerned that folks like Neveragain (white supremacist), PB (the most reviled troll on PC), Wrathbringer (the guy who runs around saying "Retard!" like a 3rd grader) to 5 posts a day), and you have a low opinion of them.

Shockingly, yet another Federal Judge has ruled that the Mueller investigation is not illegal. (This is specifically the IRA case PK cited earlier)

The strategy here is basically Trump and Friends trying to get one Federal Judge to disagree, which would force an Appellate Court to take up the case. From there, they'd hope that the conservative Supreme Court would take up their subsequent appeal. Honestly, I don't think Roberts would be willing to play ball on that one. He's staunchly conservative, but he does seem to have an eye on his legacy when he makes decisions.
