Democrats in Congress just can't let this go. They were so convinced Mueller was going to personally place Trump in handcuffs that they just can't admit they lost this one.

"We must protect Mueller's investigation!" But the investigation was never in any danger. Trump never once said or even implied he was going to shut down the investigation.

Some Democrats in Congress now are demanding the DOJ release the entire report to the public and are talking about subpoenaing Mueller himself to testify before Congress because they are convinced he was told not to investigate certain things, things they KNOW would have uncovered collusion. Swalwell, the guy who braved the snow to walk across the street to avoid getting coffee at Trump tower, said he won't be fully convinced of Trump's innocence unless the report is released in full and after Mueller testifies. If he gets both his wishes I wonder if then he'll finally admit the Russian collusion thing was bulllshit or if he'll pull another excuse out of his ass.

Yes. Read the signs. The report isn't going to include anything that isn't proven. So unless there's a sealed indictment that is called out - it'll be about everything that's already been told. Trump wanting it released and Pelosi's commentary about impeachment tells the story without needing to read a report.
