I'm going to take Preet Bharara's word over yours.

The memorandum to file drafted by Ambassador Rice memorialized an important
national security discussion between President Obama and the FBI Director and the Deputy
Attorney General. President Obama and his national security team were justifiably concerned
about potential risks to the Nation’s security from sharing highly classified information about
Russia with certain members of the Trump transition team, particularly Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn.
In light of concerning communications between members of the Trump team and Russian
officials, before and after the election, President Obama, on behalf of his national security team,
appropriately sought the FBI and the Department of Justice’s guidance on this subject. In the
conversation Ambassador Rice documented, there was no discussion of Christopher Steele or the
Steele dossier, contrary to the suggestion in your letter.

Well ,I mean, he is wrong. Mueller works for the Justice Department. Trump can fire him prior to any indictment.

If he was a special counsel for Congress, like Kenneth Starr was, different story.

And I think this guy knows better than Preet.

"Those hoping Mueller will prosecute Trump are steeped in fantasy, according to Paul Rosenzweig, a former deputy of Kenneth Starr, the independent counsel in the Whitewater real estate investments and Monica Lewinsky investigations during the Clinton administration."

Because you know more about US federal law than the legendary Bharara. Are you drunk?

I mean, I quoted someone else. Here, how about this..

Andrew Wright, who was an associate counsel to former President Barack Obama, told Newsweek earlier this year that constitutional law allowing criminal charges after a president's removal has widely been interpreted as suggesting the leader of the free world "might not be amenable to prosecution and indictment while they're in office."

One of your liberal buddy's basically agreeing.
