WILL THE JUICE BE SET LOOSE?
Ceterum censeo Carthaginem esse delendam
They're loving them some oj over there. I hope he's released. I read though that he got caught wanking by a female guard and that could cause him some trouble

Here's the article.
Ya, I doubt its nothing. I can't imagine him not getting parole. They threw the book at him for this to make up for Nicole
He isn't being remorseful at all and doing the whole "innocent" thing. That time has passed, you were found guilty. I don't think this'll look good to the board.

Hmm....he kind of got caught red handed here. I agree he should act remorseful. They might send him back for another year just because they can
A lot of it is about "Will this guy be back in here again?" Now, him being 70 is a factor in his favor, no gang affiliation, no discipline problems in prison, he even did a course in prison. His testimony to the board though, where he feels no remorse and is basically saying he did nothing wrong though, will probably make them have a doubt about releasing him. "He doesn't realize he did wrong, so he might do it again without realizing he is doing wrong."

Can't even play D&D in prison... from a Vice article.
Christian-based prison programs like President George W. Bush's InnerChange Freedom Initiative, later ruled unconstitutional in 2006. That program taught prisoners that masturbation, homosexuality, and premarital sex—not to mention Dungeons & Dragons—were sinful.
