T0 to T2 ensorcell for my 4x enhancive

Not sure how the priciing works I always see 1m-1.5m per necro week so I think that means I am look at the 3m to 4.5m range.

Not sure if mine being enhancive would raise the price or not but we can talk

Necroweeks refer to the time it takes to gain the energy. 1 necroweek T1. However, when you get to T3 is considered 2 necroweeks, because that's the amount of energy you can get total in two weeks max. That would make T2 1.5 necroweeks. As a base at 1 mil/week, you're looking at 2.5 mil for T0-T2 (1 mil for T1 + 1.5 mil T2).

Enhancives increase the difficulty and lower level sorcerers might not be able to do it. It also requires an inky black portion which is not available outside of alchemy therefore expensive and some may charge additional for it. You're probably looking at a minimum of 1.5/week on that, and that's not including the potion surcharge.
