Small tangent, for locker contracts - does anyone know if the increased capacity move when you swap (premium)/move (regular) lockers or is it always bound to the location it is first applied to?

It's bound to the location you first used it on, I believe. But I could be wrong on that.

The capacity is bound to the locker itself. If you move the locker to a new town, the capacity goes with it.
