Well, you could just make a call if you were the previous POTUS, have your husband take a tarmac meeting for you, make a public announcement as the head of a Federal law enforcement agency that you were closing an investigation or simply call in tanks and burn your enemies to ash on national television if you are the head of the department of justice under a creepy accused serial rapist POTUS.
