This is actually a pretty serious question. If you wanted to make in-game friends (as your character) what would be the best ways, through a House/CHE or attending events hunting?

You posted and I decided to answer you in a vaguely standoffish manner. If you actually want to help people, you can direct them here or to topics based on relevant information in a serious capacity.
