New updates since 2014

Alright, so I am returning after a long hiatus and decided to pickup on my wizard a bit. I rerolled because I screwed up the stats and was only 21.New guy is DE Wizard stats set for cap 98 wis 84 inf. Im looking for a guide to the new updates, I tried the wiki but I keep finding older guides. I was hoping someone(whirlin) could chime in with some good tips for skills and lore strategy. Right now I am powering through undead in IMT working to get back to 20 which should take a couple weeks. My goal is to provide spells, enchanting, and be able to solo hunt within reason(ill underhunt a bit if needed to get more enchant/buff).

It's the most useful thing you're going to find, even if some aspects of it are a little out of date. You could also put in some effort and update it yourself.

Please don't update my personal guide. There are a series of novice guides that are communal efforts on the wiki as well.

I reread the guide posted, and it does have more info than I thought. The main points I noticed at first was the lore part didn't include a lot of info I had read from the wiki. Specifically fire lore made no mention of turning 903 into steam. Later in the guide it was brought up and mentioned. I am sorry if the wording wasnt precise. I'm looking for a guide on what changed with elemental lore and how they effect spells and at what ranks. The wiki is so jumbled I am having to open 3-5 tabs just to match relevant spells and lore etc. I was hoping that someone knew of an easier guide that broke down the various changes.

I'd imagine just reading the spell list says that on each spell.
