It has been mainly crafted out of cloth.
Fashioned into a single garment, the top half is designed to look like a burghal gnome with stuffed fake tiny stubby legs extending out to either side. From the waist down, the outfit is fashioned to resemble a large cat's legs. A fake front half of a cat, fashioned from tiger skin dyed a bright pink, completes the gnome riding a cat illusion.
