Being married to a Korean and being stationed there for 3 years I think this is fairly accurate. Overall, I think people really underestimate Trump at least that’s what I’m getting from the U.S. media. Being a New Yorker myself you can’t not be reasonably smart or cunning to survive in this town. But who knows, I’m not completely discounting the Mueller thing either.

Really I think all the hold up is, how is this done so Kim and his "party" members don't face a world court. Are they to be forgiven if they do follow through and make real strides towards joining the rest of the modern world? It would be pretty awesome if this turned out like Japan has. I believe it will be critical that Kim retain a figurehead position as not to dishonor the N. Korean people and to prevent the country from spilling over into a civil war. There won't be any moving ahead if there is any indication that there will be trials.
