It's a scary thought. He's got no education on the subject, no deep understanding of related issues, no expertise. If he was an expert he'd take aides with him who carry reams of data at their fingertips so he can make sound decisions. I'm assuming that some of the translators will be ours but he has used Russian translators to talk to Putin and Pence has used Turks to talk to Erdogan. For this summit, State must surely have our own translators in the room at least.
