Attack on the precise things you disagree with. Keep mum on the rest, keep records, and then use those records to hang them when it's right. But saying "Oh these people are just a bunch of idiots.."

Nah they aren't. A lot of them have opened businesses, have had successful families, multiple properties. They've prospered and they've done so because they aren't dumb fucks. Listen to what they say and come back with a direct rebuttal when you disagree. I didn't say this all was easy, I said it's wrong to characterize people who view things in a politically different way as being stupid or idiots. Do so at your peril.

We have a Weber, very basic but it's awesome. 50/50 apple and hickory chips is my favorite mix for making brisket! That I can do it in sub zero temps with some monitoring is the cherry on top.

I usually just do mesquite for everything. I got some cherrywood, but I haven't used it yet. I have a 40inch electric, works great. Get it started at midnight, put the brisket in, wake up every hour and put in new wood, Ready to eat at lunch.

I've only ever done brisket, ribs, and sausages. I've been planning to make some jerky and I've read up on smoking cheeses.

I've met and had the honor of working under some *actual* policymakers in Washington, they don't have a minute to waste during the day (stark contrast to our current POTUS), when they're not trying to catch 10 minutes of sleep they are pouring over a study or report. They are NOT fucking around on some tee hee video game website.
