That's from the Declaration of Independence. Not the Constitution. You are a complete half-wit.

The funniest part is that you just referenced one of the parts of the Declaration of Independence that Biden was referring to -- which you didn't understand at all -- and are still criticizing him for making a statement completely in line with the Declaration.

Fucking hilarious. He doesn’t know the difference between the two. It’s also quite amusing that he doesn’t know what his own party does, he just thinks it’s all the democrats. If it’s something he doesn’t agree with or like? DEMOCRATS!

Illegal wars? Iraq, The Gulf War, and The Afghan War, were done by which presidents?
Illegal wire taps? Which President enacted The Patriot Act?
Trillion dollar bailouts? Bush and Trump, both did billions and trillions of dollars in bailouts to large corporations, you do know this right?

You claimed that there was Constitutional justification for violent insurrection against Congress and even specific provisions of the Constitution itself.

Why are you quoting from the Declaration of Independence as evidence of your claim?

It has no legal or Constitutional weight, and that provision you're citing was expressly written as a justification for the creation of what would later come to be known as the Constitution.

Hey, how come violent leftists trying to attack the president while he's within the White House and violent leftists firebombing police vehicles and federal and state buildings isn't considered a "violent insurrection" but a bunch of dorks walking around the capitol building is?

This is your specific list of political greviences. The Constitution DOES provide remedy for that. Two remedies, to be precise- neither of which allows for violent insurrection.

Perhaps I'm just not as well versed in the Constitution as you are. Can you quote the part of it that provides attempts to overthrow the incoming elected government through violent insurrection as a remedy for your personal political grievences listed above for the rest of us?

That isn’t my specific list of political grievances and I’m aware that the Constitution has remedies for the list I provided.
Regarding the insurrection, there isn’t at all… never stated there was and have never defended the insurrection in any way.

My reply was to Neveragain and him claiming it’s always the democrats that do shit, when it’s actually the Republicans.

Because he’s an idiot? Didn’t you notice what he did?

He seriously thought it was in the Constitution. Dude has no idea about anything. He doesn’t even know what the hell he’s researching and doesn’t bother to check anything.

Not only did he think it was in the Constitution, he was trying to sanctimoniously lecture other people about making his error, with zero self-awareness.

    In other words, Neveragain.jpg.
