tl;dr version: Women's March founder is disappointed that the Women's March has moved away from inclusiveness and empowering women and has moved towards anti-Semitism, anti-LGBTQ sentiments, and hateful racist rhetoric and she asked the current leaders who are promoting these ideas to step down and let others take over who will get the group back on track.
Women's March responded by basically calling her and anyone who disagrees with their movement sexist bigots, pretty much proving her point.

Or from the current leadership. Linda Sarsour and Tamika Mallory are just as bad if not worse than Farrakhan.
I also read a post from someone who claimed they were in a local chapter of the Women's March that they hired people from the Nation of Islam to be their security detail. She also alleged that the current leadership is living high on the hog with all of the money the group rakes in, staying at 5 star hotels and giving themselves a monthly stipend while all of the local chapters do all of the work. I haven't read too much about that part though, just want this person claims is happening.
