SO caveat - I have not gone to the doctor yet but Bob Google says I have 5 out of the 10 common symptoms of an ulcer (gastric) thanks to arginine for sick pumps at the gym. Works out since I was about to cycle off but that is the only thing that has changed for me recently is that usage.

For those that have dealt with this before, aside from caffeine reduction/stoppage what can I do to help smooth this prior to going to a doctor. It fucking blows and eating food is so not enjoyable right now. Appreciate any insight into this matter!
