Bigshot getting confused

So I am having an odd problem with bigshot while hunting Rotting Krolvin Pirates in the Citadel. I used 11229 as my starting rooms and 11228, 11256, and 11333 as my boundary rooms, Unfortunately when I run bigshot, it spends almost all its time in the 9 rooms on the east end of the infirmary. every once in a great while it will proceed to the other areas or if I force it too, it hunts the rest fine until it gets back to the 9 rooms it likes then it does not leave those again.

Anyone have any ideas about what might be going on? Did I configure something incorrectly?

wild guess here, but is one of the rooms not mapped so it doesn't recognize it as a possible path?

Good thought, but not as near as I can tell, I know there is a room on the Glacier like that, but nothing I can find in that area.
