    I'm ALL about state rights.. except when they fly in direct opposition to existing federal law.

    Turning a blind eye ala President Obama isn't the answer.

    I may disagree with this particular federal law.. but it's still the law of the lands.

    Federal law trumps (no pun intended) state law. That's all there is to it.

    The federal government up to now has chosen not to enforce the federal laws on this issue. This position can be altered at any time. The permanent solution is to change the federal laws (and good luck with that...)
