Yes, Trump may very likely have a much higher paper net worth /if/ the IPO goes through. Question is, how restrictive will be his shares be when the deal finalizes? Homie very likely will be constrained by the offering agreement from doing a dump and run. He may be able to offer restricted stock as collateral, but since he just pointed out he has 500m+ in cash, I'm sure his demand for a bond reduction will fall flat anyhow.
