Not it isn't. This sort of stuff has been hitting my FB feed for months saying she is going to be indicted, or that she is disqualified, or whatever. Never happens.

If she is elected and then there is enough to charge her, nothing prevents her from still swearing in. She'd then have to be impeached. Either way, if she wins, Trump won't somehow become President if actual charges occur. If anything, we'd have President Kaine.
