After spending about a week playing around with it, I've decided this thing doesn't really fit the RP of my character. Neat item, though.

An enruned rolaren mirror

Whisper the name of a person wandering the lands and gaze at the mirror to watch him/her for a duration of 10 minutes locally or 3 minutes cross-realm. Requires 30 ranks of Magic Item Use for the former, and 60 ranks for the latter. Watch your boring friends go about their boring lives from the comfort of a Thrak table. It's Elanthian reality television!

The creepiest thing about it is that it doesn't seem to give the target any sort of "feeling you're being watched," unlike the locate spells.
