"Tonight we met with the Brothers of the Fury, the V'tull order the Mayor has made a pact with. We were told they would help the city of Ice capture the Firemage Oantal that threatens our safety, we were told they would help us defeat him. An Elven pilot also arrived to try and locate a missing airship.

As we gathered to discuss plans the ground began to quake and then the booming voice of the Firemage was heard.

Refusing to give into his demands the gathered group with the two Brothers of the Fury set out to run the streets red with the Firemage's blood. They left to seek vengeance, I stayed to drink myself into a stupor. Pacts with Lornon are rarely free and the Mayor has not said the cost of their help.

Two beers in fire came to the town of ice, and hoardes of fire creatures from across the lands invaded. Blood ran the streets red, blood from those that would not pay for the Firemage's protection, blood that all V'tull worshipers covet.

Reinforcements were called from Solhaven and the Landing, and eventually the invasion was quelled. The missing airship was seen flying off, but not in it's previous form. Not at all. It had been transformed by the Firemage into something... else.

Oantal's wrath is not yet done.

The cost of working with V'tull is not yet said.
