I am returning to the lands after several years and need help with the definition of : 'persists'. It says that means it won't crumble but there's an item on here with one spell 'crumbly' the other 'persists'. And to my knowledge, 'persists' means the physical item won't disintegrate/crumble but will be there after charges are gone, not that there can be recharging of the spell. Can we please clarify this?
Ex. E 18 -- will 303 be rechargeable?

It means if the magic runs out, it won't disintegrate, but if the enhancive runs out, it will. ME means mage rechargeable. Otherwise, you need to find a merchant.
