I got this a few months back, love it. I've made everything from briskets to ribs and sausage and chicken. I've had a few 14 hour smokes for brisket, looking at making pastrami and jerky next. Love it and it is so easy to use. I got the 40 inch, saw the 30 at Home Depot and it just seemed way too small.
