Heh, yeah. I only use it when I'm going to be out for the weekend though. I prefer them to know that I am feeding them and not a robot overlord.

I'm pretty sure my house would be destroyed if I left my dogs alone like that. Even the Bichon would lick and lick and lick until the couch was down to the frame.

Well, there was the ratty fellow who sold satyr horns who told my then-girlfriend that she should travel around the country with him in his piss-yellow '86 Winnebago and be his salesgirl. There were the cast members who fucked each other in the bushes before the fair opened every weekend. There was the guy who sold corsets just so he had an excuse to grope women. There was the woman who sold fox tails who flashed hers at every teenage boy she saw. There was the after-fair bonfire where people got hammered and started sharing honey straws and sucking on each others' fingers. There was the constant, childish shifting of blame and the incessant clatter of tenuous egos all striving to appear the most impressive, while surrounded by swords and alcohol.

And above all, there was the wanton permissiveness in the atmosphere that validated every nerdish repressed desire and breathed it into a conflagration that knew no conscience or limitation.
