Raffle tonight: 2 writable books, draws 11:30p outside of bank (5/2/16)
Twilight Hall will be holding a raffle tonight outside of the bank for two writable books (from EG'14). This will be done using an unlocked auction block so the system works a bit different. Only 99 tickets are available @ 10k per. You can buy as many tickets as you want up to the limit. You buy tickets using GET TICKET.
I'll try to get the table out before 9p ET. There will be two separate winners. If duplicate names are drawn I will draw again until a unique name is drawn.
We know this can easily be gamed, but that's the best we can do.
