It's about that time again and I'm getting itchy already! Shaft, are you still going to be commish this year?

Is anyone interested in a keeper league? We have a lot of the same people playing each year. I was thinking a 3 keeper league.

I've never done a keeper and wouldn't be opposed to it. I am worried that there are a few teams each year that are different players. So 8-10 teams would be the same but then you'd have another few teams that are just up in the air year-to-year. Seems like it might be a headache.

if an owner splits all of their players get thrown in the pool to be drafted.

A good keeper system is you can only keep a player for 3 years. For the following season, say you draft Jordan Matthews in the 5th round, if you want to keep him he's going to cost a 4th round. So you lose your 4th the following year by keeping Matthews.

We can have a system where we must keep 3 or we can choose to keep 0-3 players. It adds a bit to the league. This league is a bit vanilla at the moment. I'd also like to add a 3rd WR slot or a 2nd flex.

Jeezus why not IDP (Individual Defensive Players) and Cheerleaders! 2 points for every player they blow after the game. You trying to build a better mouse trap?

The cheerleader thing sounds interesting, but I'm cool on idp. Just trying to spice things up. Honestly the current system is too easy.

I like the idea of having a while to build a team. So many injuries take someone midseason and the next year your draft position changes and you have no shot at getting them back.

Anyone interested in a 12 team dynasty start up? Will be drafting this week most likely. Slow draft. $50 a year, paying for 2 years up front. The league is on myfantasyleague.com. They have a pretty good app.
