I'll try to put this thread back on topic... If you had only one thing you could keep in your kitchen to use to cook... I'd keep my griddle all day, i can use it to toast shit, fry shit... make pancakes do whatever... the rest of that shit...doesn't have the versatility.. anyways... What is your item... and why? (microwaves shouldn't count)

i should have gathered that from that baking comment that you meant the mixer... Baking and me aren't on the same page...I can respect that though... I don't feel it practical if were you're one appliance to add to the kitchen to cook meals on though. perhaps i didn't specify what i meant... the most versatile/ you only had that to cook on forever... sort of utensil
