Yeah, I've been using it in Reim a bit too, but it's only really effective in small/medium groups. If I 1117 with like 10 people in the group, half the creatures I linked are dead by the time I can get off a shot of 1115. I'm sure if I had more MMC it'd work out better -- I can only hit 5 targets with my 24 MMC at the moment. That tends to be plenty enough to destroy a wave of bandits, though.

Yeah, MMC is so cheap there's no real reason not to be 1x. I also have 55 telepathy ranks, but it doesn't make a huge difference, since the percentage of propagation is for each damage cycle. It does make it more likely for an eye/head crit to go all the way down the line, though.

That was the grimswarm's Cloak of Shadows (712) backfiring on them, empath spell didn't do that. What the empath spell 1117 (Empathic Link) DID do is proc that backfire damage across all the linked grim, which owns.
