Fashioned in the traditional Aelotian style, this shoulder worn ankle-length garment features an hourglass-shaped back capable of accommodating a pair of wings. The deep black outer face of the toqua stands in tasteful contrast to its pale silver satin lining, and is edged by a thickly woven cord of midnight black spidersilk. A small dreamstone clasp in the shape of a silver-edged sword holds the soft folds of the toqua in place at the neck.
