Self-charging dual dispell rod from Duskruin - 5x per day 417 & 119
I bought this at the last Duskruin for 10k bloodscrip and don't really want it.

here's what it does

This appears to be meaner than I expected, I thought it just removed spells, but it does damage too. Unfortunately, that sent me to jail. Here's a sample of 2 waves of the rod.
You remove an entwined iron and bronze rod from in your gold silk cloak.
You wave your iron and bronze rod at Arede.
1d100: 4 + Modifiers: 201 == 205
The misty halo fades from Arede.
A hazy film coats Arede.
The silvery luminescence fades from around Arede.
The elemental aura around Arede fluxes chaotically!
... 55 points of damage!
Frigid blast shatters Arede's right leg beyond all recognition!
Arede screams and falls to the ground grasping his mangled right leg!
He is stunned!
Cast Roundtime 3 Seconds.
You wave your iron and bronze rod at Arede.
1d100: 86 + Modifiers: 201 == 287
Arede becomes unbalanced for a second, then recovers.
A hazy film coats Arede.
The bright luminescence fades from around Arede.
The elemental aura around Arede fluxes chaotically!
... 50 points of damage!
Blow to head removes skull!
* Arede drops dead at your feet!

I imagine that if you wave it at yourself, it just dispells one elemental & one spiritual spell at a time.
