The sickly green skin has been pulled tight on the head, which appears once to have belonged to a goblin. The head has ragged black hair and a squat warty nose. Crooked, black stitches have been sewn along the neck and eyelids of the head. The stitches are coated with a layer of brownish-black crust composed of blood and dirt.

I stole this description from another post since I'm too lazy to do this but my head does the same but is a different description. It has a lot of ambient scripts to it, not a whole lot of these around. Ohh yeah it can open and close your bag, kinda of funny in a hunt when your bag closes and your standing there with junk in your hand. Really a fun item. This is the BA Barakus of voodoo heads.

tap: You tap your shrunken goblin head, and it mumbles something under its breath.
pet: You pet your shrunken goblin head, causing its cracked and rubbery lips to stretch into a roguish grin. The shrunken goblin head gives an unsettling gurgle.
poke: You poke your shrunken goblin head in the eye, causing a small reddish-brown trickle of blood to ooze from its jagged metal stitches and slowly run down its cheek.
turn: You turn the shrunken goblin head over in your hand, and it licks your hand as you do so. Gross!
smooch/kiss: You lean in to give your shrunken goblin head a quick peck, but think better of it when the head bares its blackened, decaying teeth and hisses at you!
hug: You pull your shrunken goblin head into your chest and wrap it in a tight embrace, preventing the now shivering, wheezing head from escaping your grasp.
