Update- Well I just used it to enchant and did notice the bonus applies while the runestaff is in your left hand. That makes it a nice little runestaff, will keep for Snore.

Are you sure the enchant item needs to be in right hand to cast the spell? Was nice to use 925 today on it with the bonus getting it from +18 to +26!

Man..let me just say how wonderful it is to have a 6x fish spine sword. The T5 on top of this is just a juicy cherry for the sundae.
We'll be taking it up to 7x asap, then...a longer haul higher...

Found out this fish spine is 5x with T5 already! So all I need is an enchanter who can handle it. The skill is 543 according to a Bard song.

I cannot find a Ruby 2.0 installer that works. When I use the link on lichproject page for RubyInstaller (which you also get from a Google search for Ruby Installers..) all links on the download page...
