Ok for bolting try to keep major and minor at level, got it.

Major is at 20
Minor is at 25.

Any one of those I should prioritize to get to 30? Part of me thinks minor to get the elemental...

They way I look at it, is I don't mind getting a fix stat at cap, seems like setting stats to max at 50 will make leveling easier.
