No it doesn't. It takes up the enhancive slot. I have some MK greaves that also have dispel flares and the mechanical vambraces script on them.

i would guess about 50-60m

I think i have seen the fully unlocked ones move for 200-250m-ish and barely started ones go for maybe 40 and below.

i would definitely go 2x MOC first before anything else for mstrike, multiple assaults, berserk, and FoF. Beyond that it is your choice and lots of ways that could reasonably work. I went the KS...
