That's the idea. I've come back recently and am just starting to enchant under the updated system.

This enchant slot is for vanilla items only (or possibly lightly weighted/padded). Maybe lightly ensorcelled? I don't know wiki says it's a penalty but it doesn't say how much. I can't do flared.
