Dagger is self-knowledge 606. Do not think it conveys any bonuses beyond that from a scroll? Can be used to imbue 606 to embedible magic items. I acquired it in a trade for the 604 self-knowledge...

Krakipedia lists Evyrsio and Ulthripe as two sorcerers with knowledge of this rune... but I've never run into either.

I did manage to find a pair of Igaesha runes in the playershops some time...
