During the 1933 Banking Act ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/1933_Banking_Act ) did they seize all legal tender leaving me with nothing but federal reserve debt notes to pay off my debts? Isn't that a violation of UCC/common law? You can't pay a debt with a debt? Has all debt been pre-paid by the federal reserve and I just haven't filed the correct court documents to take sovereignty over my legal fiction person? While researching the UCC1 financial statement, I noticed that in 2008 they passed a bill to prevent you from using your own social security number. Is this to prevent you from taking control over the "legal fiction" ALL CAPITAL NAME that is found on all of your government documents? (Look at your birth certificate, where your parents signed you over to be property of the state you were born in.)

It's more than just taxes though. It's the entire system. I've been reading so many things about court challenges in New Zealand, Canada, Australia, the UK. People are figuring out that we have been in indentured servitude for the last 80 years.

Past 80 years? Things haven't really changed a whole lot since the days of serfdom. We're all still tied to one specific area (lord's manor) because of our job, we get paid shit compared to what our lord (rich people) receive, and in return we are are given a modest sized piece of land or just an apartment to live in and we are afforded a little bit of protection.

The US went bankrupt in 1933, that's when they seized all gold and silver (legal tender) and replaced it with federal reserve debt notes (Which we use a legal tender today.)
