This is what used to happen anyways, the spell would block the spines but be consumed by them in the process. Something seems to have changed

Found one of those totem heads that's supposed to make it harder to drown. Because I guess people drowning was an epidemic or something.

my biggest take away from clicking is that Wyorm wasnt always a complete douche, just partially.
