State clearly ta management ya want ta be removed from da environement an' why. If management asses up an' decides 'remove' means terminate, it's on 'em, not you. Seek EEOC counsel.
Document the report. Send it formal like.
An' if ya get terminated anytime before performance appraisal, or without any substantive reason, seek EEOC counsel.

If management ignores it, seek EEOC counsel. If ya get terminated without any reasonable explanation after reporting, same. If ya start getting pressured at work, beyond what anyone else does, same.
