Yes, that's right. If the amendment passed that means abortions would be much harder to get in Ohio for everyone BUT blacks. I'm just glad to see Democrats finally admit they align with Planned Parenthood's founder that they want to market abortions specifically to black women.

No really, this seriously happened. Northam, the governor of VA who admitted he was either dressed as a klansman or a man in blackface in his yearbook photo is receiving apologies from lawmakers who took him at his word and denounced his past actions.
