Once again, anlmost every single year under almost every president, US troops have been wounded and died. Bases get attacked. How is this any different?

Allow me to reply with my opinion on this matter.
The difference is that the Biden administration & dating back to the Obama administration has been soft on Iran with diplomacy. Critics have been saying for years that we will never achieve good diplomatic relations with Iran no matter what kind of nuclear or trade deals we make. One can make a rational argument that the bases & troop attacked is a result of this failed foreign policy. Now I’m not saying we need to go full George W Bush on their ass (as in be quick to go to war), but it’s past time we treat Iran & their proxies like the enemy of the USA they are.
Yep. That’s what I’m talking about. Shell and carpet bomb their costal cities that they export everything from. Immediately after the President needs to go on TV, announce what we did, and say if you retaliate or fuck with us again we will do to Iran what we did to Iraq & you will never recover from it.

Trump said no US troops were hurt in the Iran strike. The number is now up to 34.
First, it was “no casualties.” Then, 11 military members injured. Now? It’s 34.
Where was the outrage Shaps and SP? Trump lied, and did nothing in response.

A former Pentagon spokeswoman has said the White House under former President Donald Trump had pressured the military to downplay injuries sustained by 110 US troops following a 2020 Iranian missile attack on a base in Iraq.
Whoops my bad 110.
