You couldn't BE more wrong.
The reason your hard boiled eggs stick to the shell is because you are using eggs that are too fresh. Hard boiled eggs come right out of the shell if you use week old eggs. It has something to do with the membrane that is between the egg and the shell.
PB has been married for 50 years, one thing he knows is old eggs.
See that's funny, I was having issue peeling my hard boiled eggs and my MIL told me it was because they weren't fresh enough. I started boiling them as soon as I bought them, and it worked much better.
Also don't you have to add the eggs while the water is cold, and boil them up like that? I dunno, that's what I was taught.
Just peel the egg shell under running water, problem solved.
That actually doesn't help, pk. Plus if you're peeling a dozen eggs, you don't want your water running that whole time.
