Boston traffic is just as bad as any city, except Boston didn't have the benefit of being razed to the ground by Sherman and rebuilt. All the roads are from 1750, and are paved cowpaths, and just as narrow. Construction on any one of them closed the whole city down practically.
Not to mention it had some crazy 1 way streets. Like, two one way streets that meet at each other, and you have to turn even though your destination is literally right in front of you.
Yet another reason to never move to Boston.
Thats why you don't drive in Boston.
I also feel it's part of its charm.
But then again, I was a Boston driver for 7 years. Took Storrow drive to school for 3 years.
