Uhh except it wasn't a grand jury indictment, I even said as much more than once. It was an appeal hearing on a grand jury subpoena, that has been going on since at least October and I never said Trump was the subject (again, I've said as much). Is it related to Trump and the Russia investigation? Yes, that much is known. And now it's known that the subpoena target is a corporation owned by a foreign government.
