Alright, here's the outfit I said was designed around robes. This is Nilandia as she exists in Plat. She is played as much more connected to nature. Hence, she is barefoot and her clothing is much more nature-oriented. As little metal as possible, except for her symbol (Nilandia is Lumnisian here, too) and her locket.
Note on the snake: I'd decided to use the symbolism of the snake as that of nature's renewal, since a snake sheds its skin. Such symbolism is often used in other cultures, and since Nilandia is now living near a town, she feels she needs a little reminder to continue to respect nature.
You see Nilandia the Botanist.
She appears to be a Sylvankind.
She appears to be youthful and tall.
She has softly sparkling forest green eyes and smooth, creamy white skin. She has long, sunset red hair with golden highlights that shimmer from within elaborate braids tied with doeskin thongs. She has a gentle and delicate face and slightly upswept pointed ears. A perfect orange imperial topaz is positioned between her eyes, which casts a sparkling fiery orange sheen across her face.
She is in good shape.
She is holding a doeskin-bound faewood runestaff with a slender green brown-eyed snake wrapped around it in her right hand.
She is wearing an ivory hair-ornament suspending two owl feathers, a simple red rose tucked behind one ear, an encircled gold scroll symbol, a carved pale bone pendant, a silver linked-hearts locket, a vibrant deep green silk cloak, a fur-trimmed tan leather satchel, some flowing deep green silk robes, a braided doeskin unity armband, a set of carved ivory bangles, a shining clear glimaerstone unity ring and a braided pale green silk sash.
>l my rune (5x runestaff)
You glance at your runestaff. Strips of doeskin have been wrapped around the staff in an intricately braided pattern, allowing for a surer grip. At the tip of the staff the wood widens to an elongated orb, into which is carved a doe and a set of five conjoined circles.
Wrapped around the runestaff is a slender green brown-eyed snake staring at you with malice in its eyes.
>l my pendant (amulet holder)
Strung from a tawny leather cord, this pendant is made of polished pale bone. Carefully carved into the bone are intricately detailed vines that twist around the pendant, winding upwards to an open rose. The petals on the rose have been colored a delicate pink, adding just a hint of color to the pendant.
>l my locket (portrait locket of Nilandia's fiance)
Tucked into the linked-hearts locket, you see an exquisitely detailed portrait of a human ranger. Rays from a painted sun put a twinkle in his bright brown eyes and illumine his tanned skin and black very short hair. He regards you earnestly from within the locket, and a friendly smile touches his lips.
>l my cloak (Hurble cloak)
Soft, deep green silk forms the body of this garment, falling in gentle folds from the shoulders. A subtle pattern of embroidery runs along the material, its color nearly blending with that of the silk. Delicate gold clasps shaped like scrolls hold the cloak closed while another layer of silk lines the garment, its color slightly lighter than that of the outside, but embroidered in the same fashion.
>l my satchel (Nilandia's medical kit)
Supple panels of a light tan doeskin form the front and sides of this wide satchel, looped and sewn with precision craftsmanship into a series of many small compartments around the edge. A glistening smoky umber swathe of fur serves as the flap, the grain of the fine hair arcing perfectly in symmetry with the design. Dangling from the corner compartment, a slender length of acantha stem pokes through the stitching.
>l my robes (4x robes, 10 Xojium scripts including the hood)
The spun silk of these robes is dappled with iridescence, a hallmark of fine Sylvan weave. A deep hunter green shade has been imparted into the material. The fluid cloth cascades in gentle folds from the shoulders to the hem, cut to fall to the ankle on a tall Sylvan. The sleeves hang freely to the garment's knees. They are lined with a paler jade silk, while the same pastel adornment sits at the hem and neckline, embroidered in a stylized, swirling pattern. You also notice a small enchanter's mark.
